Psychotherapy and Counselling in Plymouth

I am a well qualified and experienced psychotherapist working in private practice, the NHS and Devon Youth Association. I work with adults and adolescents.
I can offer help to you in handling distress stemming from recent events such as bereavement, separation and divorce, redundancy and other work related problems, accidents or hearing bad news.
You may however be suffering from longer term or recurring diffculties, such as loneliness, depression,anxiety, inability to make changes, physical symptoms or self harm, and could find it helpful to talk to a therapist about how you are feeling, with the chance to explore the possible causes and gain a greater understanding of yourself and how to make changes.
Student therapists and counsellors are welcome to get in touch to discuss working with me during their training.
My practice is based near the centre of Plymouth, within walking distance of rail and bus stations, and with easy access to South and West Devon and Cornwall.
